Apartment rates Welcome to your home from home in South Tyrol

Our prices are between € 90.00 and € 140.00 for our smaller apartments and between € 180.00 and € 250.00 for our large apartments (plus € 2.70 local tax). 

Pets are also very welcome! We charge up to Euro 20,00 per day. 

A deposit of 40% of the total price will be charged at the time of booking.

We will be happy to make you an offer for your holiday in Dobbiaco. 

Deposits for bookings cancelled 30 days or more before arrival are refunded. 

From 29 days before arrival, the deposit is retained. 

Bookings cancelled 7 days before arrival or later are charged in full. 

In the event of early departure, the booking is charged in full.
