Toblach is a destination for every season, including winter – with highlights for all snow fans. Three different ski resorts are just a short drive from here: the Three Peaks Dolomites ski resort (which incorporates the Helm, Rotwand, Stiergarten, Haunold and Skiarea Val Comelico ski areas), Cortina d’Ampezzo and Kronplatz, near Bruneck.
Our Rienz lift at the Rienz ski centre in Toblach is a great favourite of families and beginners.
Cross-country skiers will get their money’s worth too, with the popular Nordic Arena cross-country ski centre in Toblach, and Dolomiti NordicSki with its network of over 200 kilometres of interconnected, perfectly manicured trails at all levels of difficulty.
Not a skier? There’s still plenty of choice, with options running the gamut from curling to ice skating and hockey, and from winter walking to skitouring and tobogganing. The Hochpustertal valley leaves no wish unfulfilled!
